The teachers and school staff have a very important role when preventing bullying. They should transmit on everything that they do a sense of peace, support and caring; this will make the students feel like they are being important to someone and understood. Then, the chances that the students will require to bullying as some sort of escape will be reduced, because they will know that they will always have someone to talk to; about anything.
If the school staff in general shows that they all get along in a nice and enjoyable environment the students would not be afraid to come up to them and talk if they have any problems; as bullying. If any student is bullied the last thing that they would do is tell someone about it because this situation could turn out worst than it is; but if they see in their teachers a helping and concerned person they will have their trust on them.
